ਹਥਲੀ ਪੁਸਤਕ ‘ਗ਼ਦਰੀ ਗੁਲਾਬ ਕੌਰ ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਕਾਵਿ- ਨਾਟਕ’ ਵਿਚ ਲੇਖਕ ਦੇ ਚਾਰ ਕਾਵਿ-ਨਾਟ ਬੀਬੀ ਗੁਲਾਬ ਕੌਰ, ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਊਧਮ ਸਿੰਘ, ਅਲੀਸ਼ੇਰ ਦਾ ਸ਼ੇਰ ਸੰਤ ਰਾਮ ਅਲੀਸ਼ੇਰ ਅਤੇ ਲਾਲ ਫਰੇਰਾ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਚਾਰੇ ਕਾਵਿ ਨਾਟ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਾ ਵਸਤੂ ਪੱਖ ਤੋਂ ਲੋਕਪੱਖੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਅਹਿਮੀਅਤ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਨ, ਉਥੇ ਕਾਵਿ ਨਾਟਕੀ ਮੁੱਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਓਤਪੋਤ ਹਨ। ਸਾਰੇ ਕਾਵਿ ਨਾਟਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਿਆਚਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕ ਮਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਕੂਲ ਹੈ। ਲੇਖਕ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਕਾਵਿ-ਨਾਟਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਹੱਦ ਸੰਜੀਦਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਵਿ-ਗੁਣਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਪਰੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਮੈਂ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਦੇਸ ਰਾਜ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਲੋਕਪੱਖੀ ਉਦਮ ਦੀ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਉਮੀਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿਚ ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਹੋਰ ਲੋਕਪੱਖੀ ਰਚਨਾਵਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਪਾਠਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁੱਖ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ।

सोचता है वो मगर खुद को ख़ुदा से कम नहीं
मैं, डॉ. तिलक सेठी को इनके इस सार्थक साहित्यिक प्रयास के लिए बधाई देता हूं और इनके स्वस्थ जीवन की कामना करते हुए यह विश्वास प्रकट करता हूँ कि यह काव्य संग्रह पाठकों की उम्मीदों पर खरा उतरेगा।
