I would like to congratulate the managing committee of DAV College, Sector 10, Chandigarh, for encouraging the staff and the students for such an endeavour. I would like to congratulate Dr. Kanwalpreet, Nodal Officer of the College for coming out with a new perspective regarding elections. I would also like to congratulate Dr. Hardeep Kaur, for her contribution in writing this book.
