The Exclusive Notes on English-Grammar & Hindi-English Translation
Author Name – JP Gupta
Published By – Saptrishi Publications
Subject – GrammarEnglish is an international language because it is spoken almost all over the world. This enables anyone to communicate with the entire world. Without communication, a man is as if he had been living in a dense forest. To have all-around progress at the world level, one must know at least three languages: the language of the place where he or she resides; the language of one’s nation where one is a citizen, i.e., one’s mother tongue; and the international one.
Without a doubt, English is a wonderful language, but it is also the most amusing. It has rules but no rules. As we have in the practise and law of banking, where rules are usually defied in practice, so it is followed in the English language as well. Going through this entire book, you will learn all about these peculiar phenomena. In some parts, the practise is followed, i.e., against the rules of grammar, while in others, the rules are followed, but both are acceptable in English-society. This book contains the matter in such a form that it will make the English-learners learn this English language to be more practical, easier to understand, and learn well. This book contains the required material just to make the entire subject more interesting and lovable, neither in short nor in excess, keeping in view, ‘The less you read, the more you remember; the more you read, the more you forget’. The rest, you will learn by the practise of reading and writing. This book, ‘The Exclusive Notes on English-Grammar & Hindi-English Translation’, is not authored by anyone; rather, it is a collection of notes from different sources to make the English-Grammar/subject and Hindi-English translation more practical, workable, and

understandable to all the English-learners who are completely new to this subject. Cerebral Spark IELTS
Author Name – Rashmi Sabharwal
Published By – Saptrishi Publications
Subject – LiteratureDo you remember how you learnt your mother tongue? Well, before a child utters the first word of his life, he has already started understanding the language people speak around him, so the first skill that he develops is listening. Then he picks up words and arranges them in sentences. Mind you, he speaks grammatically correct sentences in his mother tongue. Later when he goes to school, he recognizes the alphabets and learns the skill of reading. The last skill that he develops is that of writing. This is the natural and effortless process of learning a language.
Well, this is the order in which English is taught in our institution. We adopt a systematic and step-by step approach, moving from easy to difficult for teaching English in a very spontaneous manner.
It is heartening to see that the students, starting from scratch gradually feel comfortable in using English appropriately and fluently in real life situations i.e in speaking to someone, in listening to a lecture, in reading a feature article, in writing an essay and in discussing a topic with friends. No doubt, the high score in IELTS is the natural by-product of this method. -

Legal Positivism And Indian Constitution
Author Name – Dr. Seema Rani
Published By – Saptrishi Publications
Subject – LITERATUREThe author has specially focused on the concept of legal positivism in relation to the understanding of the great jurists such as Jeremy Bentham, Austin, Kelsen and H.L.A. Hart. The theory of Legal Positivism has been used by the judiciary in India while deciding landmark cases. Therefore, there have been cases in India where the judiciary has been influenced by the legal positivist school while giving the judgement such as A. K. Gopalan v. State of Madras. But with the change in the social needs and moral values of the peoples, legal positivism is insufficient to fulfill the aspiration of the people which led to the development of combination of sociological jurisprudence, natural law and legal positivism in the present century. However, the present time, the legal system gravity shifted from the statue law to the judgement law, but still the judges interpreted the statutory laws in a manner to fulfill the needs of society.

Author – Sukhchain Singh Lang & Manjot Kaur Lang
Published By – Saptrishi Publications
Subject – ProsePartition of India has been discussed by many in the past. This book, however, provides us with a totally fresh perspective. An in-depth research on the topic, by the authors, led to this amazing work. Book goes on to quote various Pakistani scholars including Ayesha Jalal and Istihad Ahmed to present a balanced and unbiased viewpoint.
The authors discuss various diplomatic and political options, which could have been considered by the leaders, to avoid partition. They underscore how the creation of Pakistan was in the long term politico-strategic interest of the British against the newly emerging superpowers, post World War-II.
This is a must read book, not only for the students of History, but also for anyone preparing for various competitive examinations.

INDIAN CULTURE AND RITUALS
Author Name – JASWINDER SINGH KAINAUR
Published By – Saptrishi Publications
Subject – ProseJaswinder Singh Kainaur is a genius writer and broadcaster as well as a sincere and committed person. After writing short stories, poems and other articles on the culture and folklore of Punjab, his book ‘Indian Culture and Rituals’ is an example of his devotion and commitment towards the folklore. In today’s era of consumerism and market culture, such a sincere effort seems not only difficult but also impossible, but Jaswinder has accomplished this task with his diligence and hard work. Identifying and documenting a culture or folk movement is essentially a group work that involves research, thematic analysis, and intensive study. This book is a document of the rituals and customs from the beginning of human life to its end and beyond, which have been accepted in the Indian society since ancient times. He has already written a book in Punjabi on the folklore of Punjab. And writing such a documentary that can be said to be his meaningful achievement. Through this, Jaswinder has touched on such a topic of culture which still calls for further research. Undoubtedly, this book will serve as a road map for other researchers whose various layers can be explored further. This new work is warmly welcomed in the world of Indian literature.
