https://saptrishipublication.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Front-Avtar.jpg466743Author Name - AVTAR TALLEWALIA Published By - Saptrishi Publications Subject - Poetry ਅਵਤਾਰ ਟੱਲੇਵਾਲੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਛੜਿਆਂ ਅੱਧੀ ਸਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। 1971 ਵਿਚ ਵਿਦਾਅ ਹੋਣ ਸਮੇਂ ਉਹ ਕੱਲ ਤੀਹ ਵਰ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਉਹਦੀ ਬਾਹਰ-ਅੰਦਰੋਂ ਇਕੋ ਜਿੰਨੀ ਖ਼ੂਬਸੂਰਤ ਸ਼ਖ਼ਸੀਅਤ ਦੀ ਕਰਾਮਾਤ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਕਿਥੋਂ ਭੁੱਲਣਾ ਸੀ, ਉਹਦੇ ਦਸਤਾਂ-ਮਿੱਤਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਿਲਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਉਹਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਮੱਧਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਈ। ਉਹਨੇ ਕੁਛ ਹੀ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਕੁਛ ਲਿਖਿਆ। ਕਵਿਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਉਹਨੇ ਕਹਾਣੀਆਂ ਵੀ ਲਿਖੀਆਂ ਸ: ਅਜਾਇਬ ਟੱਲੇਵਾਲੀਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਲੇਖ ਵੀ ਲਿਖੇ। ਜੇ ਉਰਦੂ- ਹਿੰਦੀ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਰਚਨਾ ਚੰਗੀ ਲਗਦੀ, ਉਹ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਵਿਚ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਅਫ਼ਸੋਸ ਕਿ ਉਹਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਪੁਸਤਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਛਪੀ। ਉਹਨੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਰਚਨਾਵਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਖ਼ਬਾਰ ਰਸਾਲੇ ਘਰ ਇਧਰ ਉਧਰ ਰੱਖ ਛੱਡੇ ਸਨ। ਕਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿਚ ਕਾਗ਼ਜ਼ ਸੰਭਾਲਣ ਦੀ ਹੋਸ਼ ਕਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੀ। ਨਤੀਜੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਸਭ ਕੁਛ ਗੁੰਮ -ਗੁਆਚ ਗਿਆ। ਦੋ ਕੁ ਸਾਲ ਹੋਏ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਵਸੇ ਉਹਦੇ ਗਰਾਈਂ ਲੇਖਕ ਅਜਾਇਬ ਟੱਲਵਾਲੀਆ ਨੇ ਉਹਦੀਆਂ ਰਚਨਾਵਾਂ ਲੱਭ ਕੇ ਪੁਸਤਕ ਛਪਾਉਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੋਚਿਆ। 50-60 ਸਾਲ ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਰਸਾਲੇ ਭਾਲ ਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਰਚਨਾਵਾਂ ਲੱਭਣ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਤੂੜੀ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਸੂਈਆਂ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਂਗ ਸੀ। ਕੁਛ ਲੇਖਕ ਮਿੱਤਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੂਰਾ ਸਾਥ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਪਰ ਕਈਆਂ ਨੇ ਆਸ ਪੂਰੀ ਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ। ਫੇਰ ਵੀ ਅਜਾਇਬ ਨੇ ਦਿਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਛੱਡਿਆ। ਜਿਸ ਵਿਧਾ ਦਾ ਜੋ ਕੁਛ ਵੀ ਮਿਲਿਆ, ਉਹਨੇ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਲਿਆ। ਹੁਣ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉਹ ਸਭ ਰਚਨਾਵਾਂ ਇਸ ਪੁਸਤਕ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿਚ ਲੇਖਕਾਂ ਤੇ ਪਾਠਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਟ ਹਨ। ਆਸ ਹੈ, ਇਹ ਪੁਸਤਕ ਪਿਛਲੀ ਅੱਧੀ ਸਦੀ ਵਿਚ ਸਾਹਿਤ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਸਾਥ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਲੇਖਕਾਂ-ਪਾਠਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਟੱਲੇਵਾਲੀਆ ਦੀਆਂ ਰਚਨਾਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਵਿਚ ਸਹਾਈ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। - ਗੁਰਬਚਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੁੱਲਰ
