https://saptrishipublication.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/jagtar-Bhullar.jpg485674Author - Jagtar Singh Bhullar Published By - Saptrishi Publications Subject - Short Stories 'ਦਹਿਸ਼ਤ ਦੇ ਪਰਛਾਵੇਂ" ਮੇਰਾ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਕਹਾਣੀ-ਸੰਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਸੰਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਵਿਚ ਮੇਰੇ ਸਤਾਰਾਂ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਅਹਿਮ ਪਹਿਲੂ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਹਾਣੀਆਂ ਵਿਚਲੀਆਂ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਯਾਦਾਂ ਅਹਿਮ ਪਾਤਰ ਹਨ। ਮੇਰਾ ਕਹਾਣੀ-ਸੰਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਲਿਖਣ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਖਿਆਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਕੁਝ ਨਾ ਕੁਝ ਲਿਖਣ ਲਈ ਨਿਰੰਤਰ ਤਤਪਰ ਹਾਂ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਤਾਂ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਿਤਾ ਦੇ ਪੇਸ਼ੇ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜ ਗਿਆ ਹਾਂ, ਪਰ ਕਦੇ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਲਿਖਣ ਵੱਲ ਧਿਆਨ ਗਿਆ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ। ਬੜੀ ਵਾਰ ਸੋਚਿਆ ਕਿ ਯਾਰ ਆਪਾਂ ਵੀ ਇੱਕ ਅੱਧਾ ਕਹਾਣੀ-ਸੰਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਛਾਪ ਹੀ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਫਿਰ ਸੋਚਣਾ ਚੱਲ ਛੱਡ ਯਾਰ ਕੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਸੰਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਛਾਪ ਕੇ। ਅੱਜ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਕੌਣ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਪੜ੍ਹਦਾ ਹੈ । ਲੋਕ ਤਾਂ ਜੁੱਤੀਆਂ ਲਾ ਕੇ ਪਦਾਰਥਵਾਦੀ ਯੁੱਗ 'ਚ ਪੈਸੇ ਦੀ ਦੌੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੱਗੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਕੀਹਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਹੈ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਪੜ੍ਹਨ ਦਾ ਟਾਈਮ, ਪਰ ਫਿਰ ਸੋਚਿਆ ਕਿ ਯਾਰ ਏਦਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਗੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਪੜ੍ਹਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਾਲੇ ਵੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਹਨ। ਬੱਸ ਫਿਰ ਕੀ ਮਨ ਅਤੇ ਦਿਲ ਨੇ ਸਾਥ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਤੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਪਲੇਠਾ ਕਹਾਣੀ-ਸੰਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਜਗਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੁੱਲਰ
