Brajinder Gulati was an amiable person, affectionate, humble, and cool by nature. She had a keen understanding of life, society and the world
at large. Literary activities were a significant part of her life. Besides short stories and poems, she also wrote and presented many articles
on social issues in the meetings of Punjabi Kalman Da Kafla. She was highly enthusiastic about translating Canadian Punjabi stories into
English. As an active and dedicated member of the Kafla, she played a vital role in its management team for a long time. Though her sudden
demise has left a void that can never be filled, she will live forever through this book, which is painstakingly completed and presented by
her loving husband Manmohan Gulati.
